To further investigate this case, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Thanks for sending the error log.
Please try again after doing the following: Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront, and disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and ShipStation? Then you can disconnect ShipStation, clear auth key, reactivate plugin and do setup again. Does that make a difference?
If the issue is not present, it means there was a conflict, and you can switch back the theme to the original one, and then reactivate the rest of the plugins one by one until you find the cause of the issue.
