The Elementor dynamic content feature is maintained by the Elementor team.

There is a Pods integration for Elementor and other page builders linked from the Pods plugin readme: Page Builder Toolkit Add-On – Integrates Pods with Beaver BuilderBeaver ThemerConditional Blocks ProDivi ThemeElementorGenerateBlocksOxygen Builder, and Stackable Blocks (premium)

From the front-end of the pages linked, it looks like an Elementor button widget was used, but the page with the problem is not outputting the button at all. It could be an issue with the Elementor dynamic content feature, that feature in combination with the translation plugin, or that feature in combination with translation and a child-page structure.

Break down the problem into it’s most basic parts, paying special attention to what query is being run for how “Discover” links are identified.

For example, are you pulling that link from a field which specifies the link? Verify the field is not empty. Are you pulling that link from a query which could return many possible pieces of content? Verify the query is as expected with a plugin like Query Monitor.

The simplest free way to use dynamic content across many page builders and contexts is the shortcode: https://docs.pods.io/displaying-pods/pods-shortcode/
