PNG and JPG images of support staff avatars are not available or link is broken or unstable.

Yesterday they were OK, but today they are broken.

    Hello @sevenseconds777 ,

If the support staff avatar images (PNG/JPG) were showing fine yesterday but appear broken today, this could likely be due to caching issues or a conflict with another plugin or theme. I have also tested the issue on my end and working fine. It seems like a site spesific issue and here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Sometimes stale cache can cause broken image links. Try clearing your WordPress cache (via your caching plugin, if you use one) and then perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) on the page.

If you’re using any optimization or CDN plugins (like Smush, Jetpack, LiteSpeed Cache, etc.), try temporarily disabling them to see if the images reappear.

Deactivate recently installed or updated plugins one by one and test if the images reappear. Also, consider switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily to rule out theme-related issues.

Right-click on the broken image and check the image URL. Ensure that the image file actually exists in the media library or the server directory.

If none of them does not work, please open a support ticket at the WPManageNinja Ticket portal. I will assist you directly on your end.

    Thank you
