    Greetings!
On a WordPress website, we’ve been using the MailChimp for WordPress for some years now such as every new user registration was converted into a MailChimp subscription which had to be synchronized into the MailChimp Audience. The context was such as: WordPress Website + Free MailChimp for WP + MC4WPSync plugins.

However, since January 2025, it was not working as expected. It was generating an error message that there’s a deprecated function that has been replaced from the WP

We decided to purchase a Premium license of the MC4WP and check whether this will improve something.

At this time, processed the Manual Synchronization.
I noticed that the user details were being updated without being increased considering that there was now new users in the website and who are not added to the MailChimp audience.
    Can you please help?

Is there a way to freshly push all users to MailChimp and then watch over every new user so that they may be automatically added to the MailChimp Audience?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The old separate UserSync add-on was abandoned years ago and is no longer maintained.
We do have usersync functionality (in a slightly different way) in our Premium add-on now.

But, I don’t think you would need it for your use-case.

Under MC4P > Integrations > WordPress registration, you can activate that integration and set it to “implicit” that will subscribe every new user at the moment they register to your site. This way you have a clear opt-in moment and no risk of accidentally re-syncing unsubscribed users.
You don’t need the UserSync add-on for this. UserSync is intended to be used to keep userdate synced between wordpress and mailchimp AFTER the user is already subscribed trough other means.

Hope that helps, if you have any questions please let me know.

    Kind regards, Arne

Glad that worked, thanks for letting us know!

PS. Should you have a quick minute to spare, a plugin review here on WordPress.org would make us quite happy. πŸ™‚
