    It seems that after saving the newsletter (in the middle of editing) the attachment disappears, including after attempting to send the file disappears, it will not be sent to the final recipients until you attach it again.

    After much consideration, we decided to leave it as it is since it’s by design. We would have to completely change the attachment system, and make it depend on storing the attachments on the server/hosting, if we were to have this working differently. What we did is add a warning message there that will warn users about attachments not being saved if they save a draft without sending it first.

    For now, we won’t be updating this feature and will keep it as is since it is working as intended. I apologise that it’s not what you were looking for but our warning message should help future situations.

    Hi, I’ve been trying to send for a while and every time I try to add a file, the Add to Sender button suddenly turns gray.
    It’s actually a bit of a problem with my weekly mailing today that was rejected.
    I’d appreciate it if you noticed this bug on yours too.

    After I clicked on subscriber update count, it went back to being a clickable button for a few seconds.

    Hi @moshe1111 – could you let us know what is the Add to Sender button? Where do you see that as I don’t think we have such a button.

    The Queue Newsletter button does become grey when it is updating the preview of the newsletter, but it should be a quick process. I haven’t seen it become grey when adding an attachment.

    What is the size of your attachment?

    And, can you try in a new newsletter, clean content (nothing in there), without any shortcode or HTML and see if it happens again?
