Terrible experience

I’M NOT IMPRESSED—this was a terrible experience! Right from the get-go on a brand new install of WordPress and Jetback and I had an issue—which turned into I wanted to ask a simple question.
WRONG! It took me to there site—And it was a terrible experience on there site. THERE SITE! Not mine! All I wanted was to ask a simple question.
Finally, I found the button hidden for agent. TOO WAIT FOR NO ONE!
24 hours it said—Is that world class service?
I see all these good reviews for wonderful support—well they must know a tip I don’t know about?
