When I create a folder, it disappears upon reloading, and “Add first folder” is displayed.

However, when I try to create a folder with the same name, an error message appears saying “A folder with this name already exists. Please choose another one.”

I have cleared all cache and tried super reloading, but the issue persists.

Furthermore, this problem only occurs in the production environment, while folders are added correctly in the development environment.

Please let me know if you can identify the cause.
