• Hello, guys.
I had a working facebook integration that i made when i launched the site back in 2022.The thing is it was a mess so i decided to start re-doing everything.Deleted all catalogues from meta, all product sets, campaigns etc.
Once i wanted to restart the process i went to Facebook for Woocommerce, however this :

ErrorSomething went wrong, please try again. ; keeps popping up when i am in the shop menu.It appears under both overview and settings subcategory.Attribute mapping works fine.
I did try clearing the cache from both my browser and wordpress site, i tried reinstalling the plugin both from plugin options and from site tools, however the problem persists.

Please assist since we are in a strong season and this is one of the worst times to stop catalogue advertising!

  • Hi @borislav40o0 – could you share plugin versions & details of your setup? and other details & screenshot(s) of errors would also be helpful.

    Thanks for your response.
I will share the plugin versions of all i think is relevant.Looking back i believe the problem started in facebook when i installed the dual currency display plugin.I am in Bulgaria and we are switching to euro now so we have to put double currencies and there might be an issue with that.
    However as per plugin versions:
    Dual Currency Display v. 1.0.3
Facebook Chat Plugin v2.5 ( works fine )
    Facebook for Woocommerce v.3.5.9
    Woocommerce v. 10.2.2
    Woocommerce.com Update Manager v. 1.0.3
    Jetpack 15.1.1
Google for woocommerce 3.4.3 ( works fine )
    Async JavaScript 2.21.08.31
Free Flat – Shipping WooCommerce 1.6.4.79

I do have a lot of other plugins i just believe they are irrelevant in this case. All listed plugins work fine besides Facebook for Woocommerce v3.5.9 . As i mentioned i think ( not sure tough ) te problem started after i launced the dual currency display.More and more catalogue errors about price discprepancies started popping up in facebook ( cant send screenshots because i already deleted the previous catalogues ) . I never paid attention until last week when i started doing everything from scratch and realized the Facebook for Woocommerce is not working at all!
