A student is seeing an “Ungraded” status for a quiz they completed, even though the quiz has already been manually graded. All other quiz items are graded correctly.
To add context, another student took the same quiz approximately three minutes earlier and received a passing grade without any issues. This suggests the quiz itself is functioning as expected.
We’ve confirmed that the quiz was submitted and manually graded, but the grade is not displaying correctly for this specific user. Any guidance on why the quiz might still show as ungraded, or steps to resolve this, would be appreciated.
