Please check that your Unsubscribe Page is correctly set under Subscribe2 > Settings > Pages and that the [subscribe2] shortcode is added to that page.

Also, try clearing any site cache if you’re using a caching plugin.

Here’s a quick workaround you can add to your theme’s functions.php file or a site-specific plugin:

add_action('template_redirect', function() { if (isset($_GET['s2']) && $_GET['s2'] === 'unsubscribe') { wp_redirect(home_url('/unsubscribe/')); exit; } });

This will redirect users to your unsubscribe page properly.
