Upload stopped working

    Hi, the resume upload on our website has stopped working. When clicking submit, we get the general error “something went wrong”. The form is set to accept .doc, .docx., and .pdf. We had an inquiry where someone brought the issue to our attention. I just tested with a .pdf and got the error as well.

    UPDATE**** I just tested the form without an upload and am still getting the something went wrong error, so it is the form itself, not the upload.

    Hi @ktaylor310,

    I gave a quick test on your website and I was able to submit the form with and without uploading files. Is the issue sorted?

    If you still face issues regarding this then please do share the form export so that we can check further if needed.

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.
