URGENT: Redux Framework plugin breaking theme layout

    Hello,

    I have a critical and urgent issue with the Redux Framework plugin when using it with my purchased theme (Jocey – Equestrian & Riding Club WordPress Theme + RTL).

    • When Redux Framework is activated, the entire layout is broken: colors change, fonts are not applied correctly, and the main logo disappears.
    • When Redux Framework is deactivated, the site looks fine, but I lose all theme settings (logo, fonts, colors).

    This issue started recently – everything was working fine before. My website is now unusable, so I need your help urgently.

    Please let me know:

    1. Is this a known compatibility issue with the latest Redux Framework update and the Jocey theme?
    2. Is there an immediate fix or workaround (rollback, patch, or other solution)?
    3. Should I contact the theme developer, or can Redux support resolve this directly?

    This is very urgent as my website is live and currently affected. Please prioritize this request.

    It sounds like Redux’s demo mode is enabled. Go to Settings > Redux > on on the screen that opens, click “Disable Panel Demo”

    If such a menu/screen does not exist, it’s because the theme author removed it, in which case you’ll have to report this issue to them to have them resolve it.
