I understand that you are having issues with product export wherein UTF8 is not being exported. Furthermore, this does not happen on PHP 8.0 only in PHP 8.1, correct?
It is important to note that PHP 8.1 is a relatively new release, and there may be some compatibility issues with certain plugins or themes that have not been fully tested or optimized for this version. As you mentioned, there were no issues with PHP 8.0, which suggests that the problem might be specific to PHP 8.1.
As a first step, can you please share how are you exporting products from your site? Is it thru the built-in Product CSV Importer and Exporter? If so, to better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

Yes, but if I export with PHP 8.1 the characters are not displayed properly. For example, Image Link
I hope you got along better.
Also there are no conflicts, tests were done including the theme. I can’t change version. Because as you know, it has been almost 3 years since PHP 8.1 was released. There are plugins that use some new functions used in PHP 8.1.

The same issue was mentioned a year ago. However, as far as I can see, no solution has been provided. As said, removing the if block in the abstract-wc-csv-exporter.php file solves the problem for me as well.

I was able to replicate the issue when switching my site’s language to Turkish.
