Version 3.10 safe to use?

Dear Master Slider support,
I recently encountered an issue with Master Slider, the PLESK WP-Toolkit kept disabling the plugin because of a reported vulnerability in v 3.10.0. The apps source is patchstack https://patchstack.com/database/vulnerability/master-sliderMy question is can we keep using the plugin, is it safe to use?
