Website creating automatic 301 redirect.

I have hosted my WordPress site on hostinger.
A few days back I have run a site audit on screaming frog and I found that my website has created the same amount or 301 non-indexable redirects as my posts, tags, and pages are.
I have noticed that every time I post a blog or create a tag or category it automatically creates a redirect to another link.Example –
Address: https://aaranyatech.com/redmi-smart-band-is-launching-in-india-on-september-8
Redirected to: https://aaranyatech.com/redmi-smart-band-is-launching-in-india-on-september-8/All these are non-indexable 301 redirects and I don’t know how to fix and remove these redirects from my website.
