Where did my coupons go?

    I have several sites. On one of them under the Marketing link I find coupons. ON two of the other sites there is nothing under the marketing link. So where did my coupons go?

    Hi @thompsonaire,

    If the Coupons menu isn’t showing under Marketing on some of your sites, a few things can cause that. To narrow it down, could you share a bit more info:

    1. Are coupons enabled on those sites?
      Go to WooCommerce → Settings → General and check if “Enable coupons” is turned on.
    2. Are you using the same WooCommerce version across all sites?
    3. Do those sites use a different user role or any role/capability plugin that might hide the Coupons menu?
    4. Are there any plugins installed on the sites where Coupons is missing that are not installed on the site where it appears?
    5. Can you confirm if Marketing is showing other options, or is the whole Marketing submenu empty?

    These details will help us figure out why the coupons section is missing.
