Hi @jpsws ,
Thank you for using our plugin. Let me confirm, are you concerned with the following post where Tilly Gerra should be there as the second author? If so, could you tell what the theme is that you use on your site? This may affect the issue as well.

Hi Riza,
I am using the Neve theme.
The problem is that the author pages show the wrong name for the author. In all the examples above, the co-authors names are shown as Tilly Gerra. The rest of their author page information is correct (bio and other articles).
For example, this author page should be titled Jay Pocknell: https://soundwithoutsight.org/author/jay/
Thanks!!

Hi,
I have fixed this for the “Jay Pocknell” author by publishing a new article under that name, but the problem persists for other authors. E.g. the heading should be “Zenny Jabeera” on this page, not “Tilly Gerra”: https://soundwithoutsight.org/author/zennyjabeera/
Thanks!
Hi @jpsws ,
You can try to swap name in the page with PublishPress Authors data.
Could you follow the articles below?
https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/authors-data-shortcode/
https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/shortcodes/
If it does not work, try to add these params.
