Hi @olppa ,
Thanks for the post! Allow me to help you with this.
Regarding Polylang compatibility, while our documentation currently lists WPML, we have not received any reports of compatibility issues with Polylang. Based on our implementation, we expect Pixel Manager for WooCommerce to work fine with it. That said, we strongly recommend testing it within your specific setup, as plugin environments can vary. If you do encounter any issues, please let us know. We’d be glad to look into them.
As for The SEO Framework, the same principle applies. The third-party plugins listed in our documentation are ones we’ve explicitly tested and confirmed compatibility with. This list is not exhaustive and will continue to grow as we verify more plugins.
If a third-party plugin is marked as fully compatible in our docs, you can expect it to work reliably with Pixel Manager.
Also, since you’re using the Pro version, thank you for your support! Please note that if you have any questions or issues related to Pro features, it’s best to contact us directly through our support form here: https://sweetcode.com/support/.
This allows us to provide faster and more detailed assistance.
Hi @kevinpiercecchi ,
It most certainly is the case.
That said, if you have questions about the Pixel Manager, please don’t hesitate to post! 🙂
Hi @kevinpiercecchi ,
Thanks for reaching out! Allow me to provide some clarificaiton.
Based on your description, it looks like your setup and the issue you’re experiencing are related specifically to Google Tag Manager (GTM). Since you’re managing your Google Ads conversion events through GTM, this falls outside the scope of the Pixel Manager for WooCommerce (PMW).
I hope this helps clarify.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue. Allow me to help you with this.
It looks like the Site Health message you’re seeing is not accurate. The Pixel Manager for WooCommerce is compatible with the WP Consent API, and in fact was among the first plugins to support it. See: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-consent-api/
For reference, see: https://share.zight.com/12um1j8X
To assess this better, could you please share a screenshot of the Site Health message you’re seeing? We’ve been unable to reproduce this issue on our end, so that would really help.
If the incompatibility notice is coming from Google Site Kit, it’s possible their detection method may not be recognizing plugins correctly. In that case, we’d recommend reporting this to their team so they can adjust their check accordingly.
Let us know if you have any questions, and we’d be happy to assist further!
Hi @mateuszsurma ,

Hi @mateuszsurma,
I understand that you’re seeing a warning on the GA4 Attribution tab. Allow me to provide some clarificaiton.
This box is from the Pixel Manager, however, it looks like the permissions aren’t set correctly anymore.
What’s best is for you to go through the setup procedure again. Please see: https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/plugin-configuration/google-analytics#ga4-data-api
Let me know how it goes for you.

I’m glad that you were able to figure out where the issue is coming from.
Certainly! I’ll proceed in closing this thread. Feel free to open up a new thread if you have new questions.
Certainly. We’ll wait for your updates.
Hi @wordpressdatasal ,
I understand that you’re experiencing some issues with wrong amounts displayed in GA4. Let’s get this sorted out.
This inconsistency in reporting could happen if you have a third-party code installed on your site, or if you’re using another tracker aside from the Pixel Manager. We suggest consolidating all your pixels to the Pixel Manager to avoid issues such as inaccuracy in pixel tracking, duplication of data, incorrect reporting or no reports in platforms at all.
With this, please send us the debug info through your support form here so we can further check. See: https://sweetcode.com/support/
We’ll wait for your message.
Hi @fastfingaz,
I understand that you’re having some issues with not being able to track the Naira currency. Let’s get this sorted out.
The Pixel Manager for WooCommerce uses WooCommerce’s internal currency filter to retrieve currencies. This means it should support all currencies that WooCommerce supports, including Naira. If WooCommerce does not support Naira, the PMW would also be unable to support it. However, we believe that WooCommerce does support Naira.
In some cases, certain plugins can override WooCommerce’s currency filter, which might explain the issue you’re experiencing. To investigate further, we would need more details on why you believe the PMW is not supporting Naira while other currencies are functioning correctly.
Once we have a clearer understanding, we can better determine the source of the problem and provide a resolution.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to your feedback.
