In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] This compared to Cooked on CodeCanyonOkay thanks…!
ahh… I just realized it was my WP Fast Cache just as you mentioned. After turning permalinks back on all dynamic links are working correctly.
One suggestion… it would be great if you could also rewrite all the hard links with the new URL similar to how Duplicator does.
Thanks for the help.
Oh… I also noticed that all the images are still mapped to the original upload directory and not the new uploads directory. Seems is if none of the site URLs are getting rewritten with the new staging URL.
Yes… it was disabled and I enabled them. Though the products, custom link menu items as well as the dynamically created menus are still linking to the main site.
They don’t work if the permalinks are enabled or disabled.
What to do?
Permalinks are set to ‘postname.’ So you’re not parsing through the database for links and updating them when copying the DB (similar to how Duplicator does)? How should I overcome this so I can use the staged site?
I happened to find a prior support post in which you suggested they use the Beta. I installed it and it worked well. However, none of the links/menu on the new staging site were updated and still link back to the primary site. So, I can not run through the site when it always redirects to the live one.
I am also using WP Security on the site and have changed the login URL which doesn’t work now on the stage site. Neither it or the wp-login are accessible. I imagine I will have to disable it on the live site and rerun the staging.

In reply to: [Warm Cache] No such file or directoryOkay I am getting closer to figuring it out. I am using the following cron job set at 5 minute intervals and am receiving an email response that it had started and was done. However, the plugin still indicates my site has not been crawled.
wget -q -O – https://www.domain.com/?warm_cache=key
I tried using just wget URL but received a Internal Server Error 500 in my email response.
Is there a better command to use?

In reply to: [Recipe Manager] Are you still supporting plugin?Hi Daniel,
I was looking at CodeCanyon Cooked which is the same developer as the one at wp.org that’s outdated. It’s quite similar to yours. I have installed your plugin and it seems to work for me but it’s the development cycle that worries me. I want to be careful and not commit to a plugin that might become outdated and then have to migrate/reenter my recipes to a new one.
I intend on using a recipe plugin for my new vegan website. Is there a way to upload multiple images for each recipe in addition to the featured image? It would be nice to be able to mix the images through the content of the recipe. Such as in each of the phases?
Thanks,
– M

In reply to: [Recipe Manager] Are you still supporting plugin? Thanks… I understand the development load you have and priority of your other plugins. Your plugin looks great but I may use Cooked just because I know it’s being supported at the moment. I need to know it will be supported through the lifecycle of my site.

Can I send you the link in Private?
I just tested without Double Opt-In selected and MC is not automatically adding subscribers.
I am very confused…

In reply to: [Recipe Manager] Selecting Page TemplateI just noticed the notes at the top of the ARchive-Recipe and Single-Recipe pages. They say to copy them into a RCPM folder under my theme. I did that but they don’t seem to be loading. It’s using the default themes instead.

In reply to: [Recipe Manager] Selecting Page TemplateThanks… right now the Recipes (archive) page is just a running list of recipes. Do you plan on offering a stylized version? Maybe with them presented in a grid with the feature photo, title, and excerpt.
