Personally, I wouldn’t be sure about the ethics of charging someone to use Open-source software. But that might just be me.

Nope, it’s not the nickname. All of the authors have the same set-up as site admin:
first name: A
last name: B
nickname: A B
identity on blog: A B
I should add that neither my login, nickname or identity on blog are “site admin” yet that’s what the permalink goes to.
