Hello there, thanks for the message. When I set ‘Standard Template’, my colours and fonts are displayed. But this should not be displayed on a landing page.
My colours and fonts do not have to be adopted automatically, it would be enough for me if I set them manually and they are then displayed. But that doesn’t work either.

Hi, unfortunately no, I received the following answer from support: “Briefly explained; the plugin wants to execute php scripts that do not belong to WordPress. This is prohibited in this hosting package because it generally causes unwanted load.”
I objected, but they more or less told me that I couldn’t run Matomo and should switch.Thanks for getting back to me.

I created the snippet with the code, but it doesn’t seem to work. It has no effect on my existing funnel and the colors are still in black. Also, my fonts are not displaying either. I have imported a new funnel to see if it works better for a file from scratch. At least the main color for headers is taken over, but the other colors and fonts are not.
Could you check this again and tell me if I have done something wrong?Best, Katrin
Hi, I actually want to use Matomo in WordPress, but since it didn’t work, I downloaded Connect (because I didn’t understand exactly what it was …)

Hast Du auch eine Idee, ob ich die Schriftgröße etwas kleiner machen kann? (Aber ich bin kein Programmierer, ich kann nur ein bisschen CSS einfügen, falls nötig.) Oder kann ich den Text an einer anderen Stelle als unten drunter anzeigen lassen?

Hi, thanks, the problem with the double registration form seems to be fixed.
However, the darkening behind the form is no longer format-filling, there is now a small white strip at the top of the window border. Can I doo something to make it format-filling again?
