Hey Mario,
Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.
I had not added the tag to the special mail tags list. I now did it and added the “subscribers_only: true” in the additional settings.
With those two actions, it now works great. !

problem solved.
I had to add the en_GB language to wordpress and then vik would propose that option in the room translation and in the shortcode language options.
