//.We will remove that line in next release.
If the issue fixed by removal of that comment, means the issue is from the IP updates part. Debug there @litetim

Can you check if those avatars are from different users or not?
We will add a purge to avatar table as well. Additionally, we would like to confirm if your millions of rows are from different users, or same user by w/ special query strings which caused duplicate records. That is to say, for the same user in your website, is the avatar same link or vary?
