Thanks for the reply. I sat done in a Google meeting with the person experiencing it and it’s no longer occurring since the last Yoast update, so problem solved!

Update: there is another person in the next state over from me that experienced the same thing when logging in as this user, so not an issue with someone being out of the country.

The error is still occurring on their site, but it also looks like the plugin isn’t connected to their account any longer as well. Waiting to hear back from the client about login info to get them reconnected.

In reply to: Password reset sending but not being receivedNo records are missing, everything is configured correctly. I have confirmed this with both the host and Google. Test emails send correctly. I get all emails. It appears to just be password reset emails, and it only effects some users.

Yes, exact same errors. I had started out by disabling all plugins, etc. Do you think it’s a good idea to try again?
