    Hello Team ARMember,

    Thank you for the reply and the suggested steps. I have completed your requests and have some specific feedback.

    1. ARMember Debug Log: I enabled the Email Debug Log and ran tests for a new user signup and a password reset. The log shows “Email Sent Successfully: Yes” for both actions. However, the emails are not arriving in the inbox or spam folder.
    2. Plugin Version: I have confirmed I am running the latest version of ARMember Lite.
    3. Hosting Provider: I have been in contact with my hosting company. They have checked their server mail logs and confirmed there are no issues or emails stuck in a queue.

    I can also confirm that other emails from my WordPress site are being delivered correctly. A test email from the WP Mail SMTP plugin arrives successfully, and the default WordPress password reset (/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword) also sends its email without a problem.

    This evidence indicates the issue is not with my server or general email configuration, but is specific to how ARMember is handing off its emails. Even though your log reports “success,” the emails are not being delivered, while other emails from the same website are.

    Could you please investigate this specific issue further?
