In reply to: UTF8 encoding problemsI found the error.
It seems that during copy/paste operation I introduced some unprintable chars. This chars during Page creation/edit do not show, but during page rendering show as the “?” char.
To noticed them I had to opened the file in a HEX editor.
I had to redo the page to remove the unprintable chars.

In reply to: UTF8 encoding problemsI Delete W3TC plugin from my site but still renders bad chars. So definitely the plugin is not causing the problem.
So I install it back.
I also tried to fix by changing the Theme, but it still render the bad chars. So I put back the Theme.

The bad character is the regular question mark “?” not the question mark inside black diamond. Also is not showing any other bad character.

WP Mobile Detector.This one worked successfully. This one has the general features of WP Touch, and AddFunc Mobile Detect basic function. I used the AddFunc function type.

The desktop site has a Responsive Theme (Cerauno) so when reach may appear as a mobile site but it is wrong.
There is also an odd thing, when you go to the primary domain (jetsms.esy.es) in an Android phone it does work and redirects to the mobile site.

But I found how to turn off the plugin on the secondary site.
I turn off the plugin in the network (Network Deactivate), then I turn on only on the primary site.
The only problem is that on demand backups will require to turn on the plugin, execute force backup, then turn back off.
It would be nice to have on demand only option (turn schedule off option)

After I posted the question kept looking for a solution and found a WordPress Page Template Tutorial.
I followed the approach of your answer. It was on the tutorial, that is probably why you found my page working.
Also added a separate CSS section for the template.

I think you should add a 10 location really bellow the picture instead of over the picture.
