@jdembowski Delete the topic, please. I do not wish to be attacked. Thank you. And all I posted was the abuse email for Microsoft. They never responded, as I said.
This issue is not resolved. However, I can see that you appear to be hostile towards me and I ask that you delete the topic. Thank you.
Also, yes, I have blocked all of these IP addresses permanently from attacking my sites. However, that is not an answer, as these IP addresses may be reassigned to innocent people. This issue is not resolved. The email address that I posted is [ email deleted, again stop posting emails ] They never responded.
Delete this topic, please. I can see there is no help here. Thank you
And it is NOT RESOLVED.
@jdembowski Yes, of course I realize these may be compromised IP addresses, and that they may at one point have belonged to a victim. @threadi Thank you for your help.
I see no way to delete this topic. Please delete it for me. Thank you.
It looks like WooCommerce is aware of these problems. I checked, and the emails have not been changed after the most recent update, just rolled out.
Here are screenshots.
I updated it. But the problem still remains. I will look into it further.
Thank you, Deric.
Jay,
Thank you! That worked for the Sensei email problem.
For the Woocommerce email, I don’t have a way to change it. Do you have a solution for that problem? I had to disable it.
Thank you for your help. I appreciate it!
I deleted everything in that email message. The entire code that Sensei LMS put in, and what I added. Will have to see what happens when the next new order comes in.
I do not know if the email message will preserve the course link or not, with the code completely deleted.
Edit: I restored what I had before as removing the code also removed the course detail as well.
This is still unresolved.
Alba,
Thank you for your reply.
Here are a couple of screenshots to show you exactly what I see. And there is no option to change it, other than to add to it, which I have done out of necessity. This just adds to the confusion. I should not have to add anything. All the student needs to do is to go directly to the URL of the course that they are registered in and that they purchased. They are already logged in, as I explained above. There is no need to add ‘Please login to start learning’. That error by Sensei LMS is what created all of the frustration and confusion on the part of the students.
With regard to the other recent error introduced in the Woocommerce/Sensei LMS email, there is no way to change it, and NO, it has nothing to do with any ‘shipping’ charge. There is never any shipping done for online courses. They are called a virtual product, and that is exactly how I have set up the product listings for years. No shipping! The online course is available instantly as soon as the student registers and pays for it. I do have to complete the order manually in Woocommerce by one button called ‘process order’. This has been the same way for many years.
Now there is a new problem created by the email message stating: ‘Subject:Your order from Healing Light Yoga and Massage is on its way!’ And in the email body it states:
‘Healing Light Yoga and Massage
Good things are heading your way!
Hi (student name redacted for privacy),
We have finished processing your order.
Here’s a reminder of what you’ve ordered:
Before, the message said ‘Subject:Your Healing Light Yoga and Massage order is now complete’. And in the email body it said: ‘
We have finished processing your order.”
Again, here is the code that is creating the problem in Sensei LMS Settings 4.25.0 > Emails > Student Emails > Email > Welcome to Course > Subject > Welcome to Course Name > Edit > Code
Welcome to [course:name]
<!– wp:pattern {“slug”:”sensei-lms/course-welcome”} /→
The error with WooCommerce and Sensei LMS did not exist before. Online Courses are not shipped. To whoever did this: Think about how things work before creating problems with messages that make no sense. And this affects lots of people, not just me. Paying customers.
All that needs to be done is to remove the line ‘Please login to start learning’.

Alba,
Why didn’t you advise me how to share a screenshot here? I made a media block and pasted it in.
The instructions are here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum-user-guide/block-editor/
Please correct this problem with Sensei LMS. It makes no sense to tell students that they need to ‘Please login to start learning’ when they are already logged in from the process for registering for the online course. That is what is creating the problems, frustration and confusion from the students, and taking my time to address this problem over and over again created by Sensei LMS.
Thank you
Here is a screenshot. You can clearly see the line ‘Please login to start learning’. That is the problem.
