Je vous rejoins tout à fait @thibotus01 , c’est une solution de fortune.

A ce jour aucun correctif n’est proposé. Le module sur PrestaShop n’est pas forcément mieux. Je pensais trouver un module fiable. Les banques françaises ne sont malheureusement pas en pointe sur ce créneau, comparativement à des Stripe ou PayPal. C’est dommage, il y a tellement à faire…

De plus ici sur WordPress le support ne semble pas du tout actif (je ne suis même pas sûr que l’équipe de maintenance ne lise les post ici)

Je partage l’avis de @papiercode, la présentation actuelle crée vraiment de la confusion pour les clients.

Nous avons reçu de nombreux retours par téléphone de clients qui pensent avoir mal renseigné leur numéro de téléphone. Le message en rouge sous le champ, accompagné d’un bandeau orangé, semble renforcer cette confusion.

Depuis l’ajout de cette fonctionnalité, nous avons dû désactiver le module et passer sous Stripe pour toutes les transactions du site http://www.poterie.alsace, car nous perdions trop de ventes et de temps à expliquer ce problème.

Merci par avance pour la résolution rapide de ce problème d’affichage.

I share @papiercode’s opinion that the current presentation is really confusing for customers.

We have received numerous phone calls from customers who believe they have entered their phone number incorrectly. The red message under the field, combined with the orange banner, seems to add to the confusion.

Since the addition of this feature, we have had to disable the module and switch to Stripe for all transactions on the website http://www.poterie.alsace, as we were losing too many sales and spending too much time explaining this issue.

Thank you in advance for your quick resolution of this display problem.

Hi @azalbert

After updating a site from a V2 version of the plugin to V3.0.2, I noticed that, despite the migration fix mentioned in the changelog (“Fixed: V2 to V3 data migration”), the update still overwrites existing data. Specifically, I had to re-enter the HMAC key manually, as it was erased during the update process.

It sounds frustrating to lose all your settings after an update, especially when managing multiple websites. Could you let me know which version of the plugin you encountered this problem with to avoid encountering the same issue myself?

Bonjour @ydubois,

Nous avons également constaté des erreurs dans l’affichage en front, notamment concernant les tabs dans les fiches produits woocommerce (description, livraison..), car le module mangopay appelle la feuille de style woocommerce/assets/css/admin.css dans l’affichage front.

Nous utilisons les dernières versions en date de WC vendors pro et de Woo commerce, à savoir 1.4.4 pour WC vendors pro et 3.1.1 pour woocommerce.

Bonjour Yves,
Merci pour votre retour rapide.
Avec votre méthode, le problème est résolu pour ce qui concerne le chargement d’image (couverture et images), mais en créé un autre, nous n’avons plus d’affichage des catégories dans la fiche produit.
Bon courage pour les fix.
