    Hey @seedslocker,

Thanks for clarifying. The actual performance shouldn’t be any different between the two plugins, so I wonder if the delay might have something to do with this being the first attempt using the new plugin. If you see any delays with the label generation process on your next order, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hey @seedslocker,

Thanks for reaching out about this. I took a look at the information on our end and everything looks good with the connection to our servers and the transaction.

The label generation process is a little different than it was before. With WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, the print box popped up automatically after the purchase. In the new WooCommerce Shipping extension, you should see a confirmation message after the purchase, which has a “Print shipping label” button you can click to see the print pop-up.

Based on the info you shared, clearing the cache was a good approach. After doing that and reloading the order page, if the order status is still “Processing” and the tracking number shows in the “Shipment Tracking” sidebar widget, you can manually update the order to “Completed” and the customer will be notified and given the tracking number in that email.

Regarding the grayed out Refresh button, are you referring to the “Refresh purchase status” button (seen in this example: https://d.pr/i/u4RrF6)? Or something else?

    Hi @webifymedia,

    Thanks for sharing this feedback.

I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with the ShipStation free trial. If you don’t mind sharing, we would greatly appreciate any additional information that you can provide about this matter. You can either reply here or create a ticket on WooCommerce.com. If you create a ticket, be sure to include a link to this review so we are aware of what it is related to.

I would particularly like to learn more about the Free Plan that is apparently not being offered but was available on ShipStation’s website and any info you can provide about why the plan was automatically upgraded to a paid plan.

The WooCommerce integration page on ShipStation.com includes a link to start a free trial, which is what we recommend using when initially setting up the WooCommerce ShipStation Integration plugin. You don’t need a credit card for that free trial and if you upgrade, you would be required to choose the paid plan to use.

    Hi @freddredirl,

Thanks for sharing that info. As you mentioned, that issue started happening in WooCommerce 9.0.0 (and was still present in 9.0.1), due to the fix for a different bug related to separators and Free Shipping. Because of the potential impact of the behavior you described, a developer advisory blog post was published.

You are also correct about the change being reverted in version 9.0.2. Updating to that version will return the separator functionality to the way it worked in WooCommerce 8.9.3 and earlier.

    Thanks again!
