In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] 1 page on site will not loadThe error that I get is 503 webpage unavailable.
Also if I login to my site as a customer then the page with the google reviews shortcode does load but as soon as I logout it wont load.
I’ve added the google reviews shortcode to both elementor and gutenberg pages and as soon as I add it the page will not load.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] 1 page on site will not loadHi it gets stuck on loading and wont load the page at all.
I’ve fiddled around and found that it only happens when I add some shortcode to display google reviews.
If I add shortcode ” [reviews_rating] ” then page wont load and if I remove shortcode then page will load !
Shortcode works fine with litespeed cache disabled.
Thanks

In reply to: [Astra] Header Logo Sometimes Causing CLS – Mobile VersionFinally the solution to Astra layout shift on mobile screen sizes for cached pages !!
qtwrk from litespeed cache support :
“please try go to Cache -> Cache -> enable mobile cache , save and purge all and see how it goes”
“my thought was your page might have 2 styles , one for desktop , one for mobile , then obvious when desktop style applid to mobile, or vice versa, will certainly create layout shift
with that option on, it will create 2 caches for same page, one cache for mobile, one cache for desktop”
So there you go – set your wordpress page cache plugin to save mobile screen size and desktop screen size as separately cached pages to stop the layout shift

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] layout shift on cached pagesGreat thanks, Page speed doesn’t seem to be effected
so now tablets and mobile screen size comes from one cache and larger screen sizes come from another cache.
It does seem to have done the trick and if its still ok after a few days I’ll pass on the info to Astra who might find it useful and maybe some other themes have the same problem.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] layout shift on cached pagesWow, thats possibly fixed it though I’d give it a couple of days to be sure!
Ive been fiidling about for ages and never tried that as it says:
“Only enable for AMP or mobile-specific design/content, not for responsive sites.”
Can you comment any further on what this setting does and why it may have fixed the shift ?
Thanks

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] layout shift on cached pagesits only on mobile screen size and its currently shifting during loading of page:
https://www.slservice.net/clipper-blade-sharpening/and that will continue to have the layout shift until I clear the cache.
And its only ‘purge all’ that will temporarily stop it, the other ‘purges’ dont stop it.I’ll not clear the cache until midnight gmt

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] layout shift on cached pagesHi yes it does happen until I clear the cache and then it temporarily goes away.
I keep clearing the cache as I do prefer my site when there is no layout shift.
Any ideas why this is happening?
I can only guess that for some reason the litespeed cached version of my webpages have an error that stops them working out how big the logo should be on mobile screen size bug what would cause that is beyond me.
Thanks

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] layout shift on cached pagesI should add that I can see the shift both on my mobile phone and in google page speed insights where a series of screenshots shows the logo resizing in mobile screen size.

In reply to: [Astra] Header Logo Sometimes Causing CLS – Mobile VersionHi Herman, I appreciate your replies but not even the most optimistic of people could consider this resolved as it still happens π
