This is the “edit” screen on a media item. I have tried the way you suggested which still doesnt work See video below.

When I signed up to openai it forced me into creating an organisation and project which wasn’t mentioned in your guide.

I agree, a whole site wiped earlier by the most recent update. Brand new site just updated to the most recent version and every page is a white screen
