In reply to: [Mesmerize] Conflict Between Mesmerize Theme and AutoptimizeYes it works. I staged the site and was reviewing it live. As soon as I disabled that one setting everything works great again. I’ve already updated the live site. Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [Mesmerize] Conflict Between Mesmerize Theme and AutoptimizeThanks for your quick response! I went through and individually disabled each setting and then saved changes and empty cache each time.
It appears to be the very last setting on the main page: Also optimize for logged in editors/ administrators? By default Autoptimize is also active for logged on editors/ administrators, uncheck this option if you don’t want Autoptimize to optimize when logged in e.g. to use a pagebuilder.
With all other settings the way that I previously had them configured and the last setting unchecked, the site displays properly.
To verify I toggled that setting a couple times and reviewed the site. That setting is the culprit.

In reply to: [onetone] Update to OneTone v3.0 broke the siteI just updated to 3.0.6 and it removed all of my customization done in the customizer; site name and tagline won’t display. Changed the placement of my sidebars. I’ll be looking for another theme also. π

@danigardiner I am still running 1.6.10. I overwrote the plugin files with a backup I made that version after the update broke my site. Just under 2MB zipped. Email me at [email protected] and I’ll send it to you.

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] Create New Subscription Produces PHP ErrorActually it was not Cancel Orders plugin. I’ve tested this several times now and this is the issue —
If I try to specify the next payment date at the time that I am creating the subscription it returns the PHP error. If I create the subscription and then go back and update the next payment date, it works fine.

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] Create New Subscription Produces PHP ErrorI figured it out. I remembered that the only change I made after installing Subscriptions was to install ‘Prevent Customers To Cancel WooCommerce Orders’. I deactivated it, reactivated Subscriptions and it is working again.

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] Create New Subscription Produces PHP Error3.4.3
I had the same problem as @cliffton11221. On a single install the update produced a 500 server error and I was completely locked out of wp-admin.
On a multisite installation where the plugin is not network active, it only broke the sites that the plugin was installed on, but it produced a PHP error instead.
I overwrote the plugin files with a version I downloaded in May and this resolved my issue for now.
Please advise when the next stable update is available.

In reply to: [evolve] No Slider and Widgets after UpdateI am having the same problem.
Bootstrap slider only works if I enable it on all pages. I only want it on the home page. Is there a resolution to this yet? It worked fine until 2 updates ago.

In reply to: Text displaying vertically on WP Posts dashboard, what’s happening?I experienced the same problem today on both my laptop and my desktop with a much larger screen. The posts dashboard was displaying the post title, post type, and editing links vertically making it difficult to read or navigate.
I started deactivating plugins and checking the posts dashbaord after each one. I noticed that sometimes the problem improved and sometimes there was no difference. I deactivated Yoast too, and although the problem improved, it did not resolve.
Eventually I noticed the pattern. I have several plugins installed that add one or more columns to the posts dashboard. (Yoast SEO, Squirly SEO, Like Button Rating, Google Analytics Dashboard for WP, and WP Members) So for each plugin that I deactivated, the fewer columns there were, creating more room for the post title — making the dashboard readable again. Also explains why it only affects the post dashboard.
