It's my first time with 34SP.com and I managed to make a hash of ordering hosting. It was resolved quickly and efficiently over the phone by James. Being able to phone a hosting company is a bit of a luxury these days but it was really welcome. I can tell I'm going to love you guys!

The team are quite simply the reason why I use 34sp. Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly, they always go the extra mile to help. This is what sets 34sp apart – most (actually all) other hosting companies I have used are either quick to blame someone else or say it's not within their scope or utter the fateful words 'you need to ask your developer'. This is doubly irksome as I am one! I wouldn't be calling if I could have fixed the problem myself.

We wanted to transfer the domain for our website over to a new website that has been built on WordPress. Dean was incredibly helpful and offered to do the transfer for us. This took all the stress out of the process, for which we are very grateful. He even showed us how to monitor the transfer process on DNS Propagation and I'm pleased to report that we've only got 7 more zones to go!
