  2. 加工を行うことにより実質的に写真と判断できず、加えて被写体が特定できない場合。

• 性器または性器を連想する部位（性器の範囲は陰茎陰のう、外陰部までとする）。
• 性器結合部位及び挿入部位（異物を含む）。
• アヌス結合部位及び挿入部位（異物および排泄シーンを含む）。
• 性器を単線単色で表現する場合、詳細でない限り隠蔽処理を省略することができる。

• 基本的に隠蔽処理は画像の技術的性質ではなく、視覚的判断により細部が不明瞭になっていることを前提とする。
• 同一次元上で処理を施し、技術的に元の表現に戻せない状態のものとする。
• 範囲は輪郭線を含んだ状態とする。
• 処理が施されていても透過により細部が明瞭になっているものは隠蔽に含まれない。

  最小4ピクセル平方モザイクかつ画像全体の長辺が400ピクセル以上の場合、必要部位に【画像全体長辺×1/100】程度を算出したピクセル平方モザイクとする。

上記文面は少々固いので、重要かつ頻度の高いものをかいつまんで箇条書きにしてみました。

• モザイクは560x400、640x480は6ピクセル、800x600は8ピクセル、1280x1024は12ピクセルを性器その他必要なところにかけてください。

  - This may be indicated or implied in the contents, sample image(s), or product details of the Product Details page; or by reasonable consensus that the depictions are of prepubescent characters. Altered photographic or photorealistic images which resemble a real child, etc. are strictly banned. There are cases where certain expressions, accessories, clothing, etc. that are strongly associated with minors (and the commercialization of underage sex) will be restricted.

• The above may not apply, where masking (mosaics, etc.) are used such that the depiction may be considered socially acceptable.
• Content that utilizes another party's designs, art style, likeness, tone, or other distinctive features implemented without the consent of that party, or that causes or is likely to cause damages to said party.
• AI content that may cause or is likely to cause such confusion.
• Unauthorized use of AI content created by another party.

Please note that we deal with a wide range of contents, and introduced above are only the most common examples (not a comprehensive list). DLsite does not support or endorse illegal behavior. Including, but not limited to, non-consensual sex, unwilling or forced sex, and abuse, rape, or sex involving minors. Any products on this website containing sexual content are works of pure fiction. They contain only sexual fantasies which have been fabricated by creators.

• We reserve the right to categorize works judged to be AI-generated as such, even if they have been categorized differently. Works judged as "Partial AI Use" or "AI-generated" will be labeled appropriately on the site.

  1. Where photographs are used as background etc., not as the main focus.
  2. Where manipulation renders the photograph as unrecognizable as such, and identifying the subject of the photograph is impossible.

• Points of sexual penetration (including with foreign objects)
• Anal penetration (including with foreign objects, and excretion)
• If sexual organs Simple line-art objects and silhouettes without coloring, shading or detail may require no further censorship.

• As a rule, judgments about the clarity of images for purposes of censorship are visual rather than based on technical specifications of an image
• Masking should be carried out in the same dimension (2D or 3D) as the depiction and should not be restorable to an unmodified state through technical means.
• The scope of masking should include the outline(s).
• Masking is not considered sufficient if transparency renders relevant details visible.
• Application of mosaic censorship should be carried out based on the points below

  If the mosaic is at smallest 4x4 pixels, and the longest side of the image is over 400 pixels, the image should be censored with a mosaic pixelated to a size equal to the length of the longest side divided by 100.

• As a rule, censorship should cover all relevant parts, but if censorship of one part effectively obscures another, it may be deemed sufficient.
• As a rule, where white fluid or other illustrations are used for censorship, it must cover all relevant parts, but if censorship of one part effectively obscures another, it may be deemed sufficient.

Here is a brief summary of important or common points.

• Works with mainly photographic elements cannot be registered.
• Mosaics must cover entire sexual organs.
• 560x400, 640x480 images should use 6-pixel, 800x600 should use 8-pixel, and 1280x1024 should use 12-pixel mosaics to cover sexual organs.

• We will not register any work that has caused or is likely to cause damages to us or any third party through plagiarism or other socially unacceptable practices.
• If a work is judged to be AI-generated, we reserve the right to categorize it as such.

  描写对象很有可能被视为未满18岁的记载（小学生、中学生、幼儿园学童、幼童、女童、儿童等），以及服装搭配（书包、幼儿园校服、幼童罩衫、班级名牌等图像）可能会有所限制。

  针对上述施以隐蔽处理（如：马赛克等）时，若在社会常识所允许的范围不限于此。

• 未经当事人允许故意抄袭模仿他人的构图、画风、肖像、音色等性质或特征，并且依据本公司的判断，已经导致或有可能导致本公司或者第三者的亏损或损失的作品。
• 使用AI生成而不明确标记，有可能导致误解的作品。
• 未经允许使用了他人制作的AI生成物的作品。

• 对于没有勾选标记为部分使用AI或AI生成的作品，若本公司判断其使用了AI生成，本公司将会为该作品添加部分使用AI或AI生成作品的标签。

• 以实景为主体的作品不得登录。
• 惟符合以下情况者，不限于此。
  1. 将照片作为背景使用等，实景无主体性者。
  2. 画面经过加工处理，无法判断其原为真实照片，而且无法清楚辨识被拍摄对象的情况。

• 须隐蔽处理（如：马赛克等）部位的例子。
• 性器官接合部位与插入部位（包含异物在内）。
• 肛门接合部位与插入部位（包含异物及排泄场景在内）。
• 若以单线单色的方式表现性器官时，除详细表现的镜头外，可不做隐蔽处理。

• 隐蔽处理基本上是以视觉上无法清楚辨识细部为前提，并非图像的技术性特质。
• 应于同一次元上进行处理，无法利用技术将图像加以还原。
• 隐蔽处理范围应包含性器官的轮廓线。
• 经过隐蔽处理后，经由透光就可使细部清楚化者，不属于隐蔽处理。
• 马赛克处理画面时，可参考下列信息。

  马赛克最小单元格为4像素，且图像整体长边为400像素以上时，须隐蔽处理的部位，应以图像整体长边×1/100计算出马赛克的单元格大小。

• 若以涂黑作为隐蔽处理的手段，原则上所有须遮蔽的部位皆须加工处理，但部分处理即有模糊或遮盖的效果时，则不限于此。
