Margot Robbie is still baffled why people “hated” Babylon.
The 34-year-old Oscar-nominated actress, and new mom, starred in 2022′s Damien Chazelle-directed movie alongside Brad Pitt and Diego Calva. Despite high expectations, critics were torn on the movie, which ultimately was a box office flop.
In new interview, Margot admitted that she’s confused as to why the movie didn’t better with the audience.

Damien Chazelle, the director of the new movie Babylon, is reacting to the film’s low score on Rotten Tomatoes.
At the time of this posting, Babylon has a 56% rating from 301 critics reviews and a 52% audience score from more than 1,000 verified fan ratings.
For those who don’t know, Rotten Tomatoes calculates scores by noting each critic’s review as fresh or rotten. A 56% rating means that 56% of the critics gave the film a positive review while the other 44% gave it a negative review.

Brad Pitt is hitting the red carpet.
The 59-year-old actor stepped out for the latest premiere of his new movie Babylon on Saturday (January 14) held at Le Grand Rex in Paris, France.

For the event, Brad looked sharp in an all black suit.
Joining Brad at the premiere were his co-stars Li Jun Li and Jovan Adepo along with director Damien Chazelle and his wife Olivia Hamilton.
Despite not being a huge success at the U.S. box office, Babylon has been receiving a lot of awards love, including five Golden Globes nominations and nine Critics’ Choice Awards nominations.

Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie were just at the Golden Globes in Los Angeles the other day and now they’re in London to celebrate the premiere of Babylon in the UK!
The co-stars were joined by many other members of their cast at the UK premiere on Thursday (January 12) at BFI IMAX Waterloo in London, England.
Also in attendance were castmates Diego Calva, Li Jun Li, Jovan Adepo, Katherine Waterston, and Olivia Hamilton, as well as writer and director Damien Chazelle.
Olivia, who is married to Damien, is also a producer on the movie.

The 32-year-old Babylon star appears on the cover of W Magazine’s first issue of 2023, Volume 1, Best Performances, set to hits stands on February 7.
