'The Night Agent' Season 3 Cast Changes: 6 Actors Returning, 2 Exits Confirmed, Plus 6 New Stars Revealed!

Season three of The Night Agent will be coming to Netflix in February 2026 and there will be a lot of cast changes for the upcoming installment of the series.

Way more actors are returning for season three than last time around. We also know about multiple exits from the cast, plus some exciting new stars joining the show.

“We wanted Season 2 to stand on its own, and I feel like Season 2 has a satisfying conclusion, but also platforms and sets up a couple of things that will be part of Season 3,” series creator Shawn Ryan told Deadline. “I don’t view it as one extended season that’s being divided into two seasons, I view it as one specific story that ends but has some consequences to how Peter ended it that he’ll have to clean up as part of Season 3.”

“There will be new storylines in Season 3 that don’t relate at all to anything in Season 2. We want the seasons to feel separate, but there will be some carryover, and there will be some actors from Season 2 that carry over to season three,” he added.

Paramount+ Series 'Lioness' Renewed for Season 3, Joining Several Other Cancellations & Renewals at the Streaming Service

There is some slightly surprising TV show renewal news this morning: Lioness is returning for a third season at Paramount+!

The reason why the news is surprising is many thought the Taylor Sheridan-series aired season two just about a year ago in October 2024, and there had not been much word since about the show’s fate.

Season two starred Zoe Saldaña, Nicole Kidman, Morgan Freeman, Michael Kelly, and more. So far, we don’t have word who will be returning for the third season.

'The Night Agent' Season 3 Adds Six New Cast Members Before Season 2 Even Airs!

The second season of The Night Agent still hasn’t premiered on Netflix, but the streamer is hard at work on the third season!

A bunch of actors have been added to the cast list for season three, which likely won’t air until 2026.

Netflix will launch season two of the hit TV show on January 23, 2025 and there are several cast changes that we already reported.

It’s unclear who will return in season three as we don’t yet know what will happen in season two, but there’s at least one actor we expect to definitely come back.

Season three is currently being filmed in Istanbul and production will move to New York in 2025, according to Variety.
