The cast of Percy Jackson and the Olympians bring season two to London!

Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri pose together at the series’ premiere event held at Picturehouse Central on Wednesday (December 10) in London.

They were also joined by co-stars Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn, Daniel Diemer, Tamara Smart and Toby Stephens, as well as author Rick Riordan and wife Becky, who serve as executive producers.

Just Jared recently caught up with the cast to chat about the second season, which just debuted the first two episodes on Disney+ and Hulu, and we found out what the most challenging part of filming was.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians is back for a second season!

The trailer for Percy Jackson and the Olympians season two is here!

The second season is based on “The Sea of Monsters,” the second installment of Disney Hyperion’s bestselling book series by acclaimed author Rick Riordan. After Camp Half-Blood’s protective border is breached, Percy Jackson embarks on an epic odyssey into the Sea of Monsters in search of his best friend Grover and the one thing that may save the camp — the Golden Fleece. With help from Annabeth, Clarisse and his newfound cyclops half-brother Tyson, Percy’s survival is crucial in the fight to stop Luke, the Titan Kronos, and their impending plan to bring down Camp Half-Blood — and ultimately, Olympus.

The series will kick off on December 10, with a two-episode debut on Disney+ and Hulu. New episodes rolling out every Wednesday. It has been a long wait for season 2, with season 1 debuting in December of 2023! The series is also already renewed for a third season!

Camp Half-Blood took over Comic-Con, and major news just dropped about the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series!

Author Rick Riordan revealed in a new video message that Season 2 of the Disney+ hit will premiere on December 10.

The upcoming season is based on “The Sea of Monsters,” and fans were treated to a teaser trailer that included the first look at Daniel Diemer as Tyson, Percy’s Cyclops half-brother, plus a glimpse at a dramatic camp chariot race.
