The Biggest Loser was back in the spotlight in 2025 thanks for a Netflix docu-series that took a critical lens to the long-running NBC series.

The competition series followed overweight and obese people competing to lose the most weight in order to win a cash prize, but also transform themselves in the process.

Across 18 seasons, including one that aired on USA Network, hundreds of contestants lost thousands of pounds collectively on the show.

We’re now looking back at all 18 winners throughout the years and who lost the most weight, based on percentage of body mass lost.

Jillian Michaels Slams Claim She Told 'Biggest Loser' Contestant That He 'Made Her a Millionaire' After Winning the Show

Jillian Michaels is saying that there is no truth to a comment made by a former The Biggest Loser winner in the recent Netflix docu-series Fit for TV.

In the docu-series, the winner of season one claims that Jillian whispered to him at the finale that he “made her a millionaire.”

Jillian says this isn’t true.

“I was wearing a mic, so like, there’s this, apparently there’s a contestant from season one, which is 21 years ago, who magically remembers this moment where I jump into his arms,” Jillian began in an interview with Fox News.

Jillian Michaels Talks Netflix's 'Biggest Loser' Doc Again, Says She Has 'Zero Regrets' About Not Participating & Might Make Her Own Doc

Jillian Michaels has already made it clear that she’s not happy with the Netflix docu-series Fit for TV and now she’s speaking out again.

The former The Biggest Loser personal trainer did not participate in the documentary, even though her counter-part Bob Harper and longtime host Alison Sweeney both gave interviews.

“Zero regrets about not doing it because I would have simply lent credibility to something that is an egregious lie,” Jillian told Fox News in a new interview.

Jillian is debating whether or not she will actually sue the producers of the docu-series.

Rachel Frederickson lost the most percentage of weight among all the winners of The Biggest Loser and now she has been spotted for the first time in years.

The former reality show contestant has been back in the headlines amid the release of the Netflix docu-series Fit for TV: The Reality of The Biggest Loser. While on the show in 2014, Rachel lost 59.6% of her body weight. She went from 260 pounds to 105 pounds, dropping 155 pounds.

Rachel‘s weight loss sparked backlash at the time, with critics saying she took the show too far and lost too much weight. She ended up gaining 20 pounds quickly after the finale to reach her “perfect weight,” which she revealed in an essay that she wrote to respond to the controversy.

'Biggest Loser' Contestant Tracey Yukich Claims She Actually 'Died' During Her First Challenge on the Show

Tracey Yukich was a contestant on the eighth season of The Biggest Loser and she claims she “died” while competing in the first challenge of the show.

For the 8th season, producers made all of the contestants run a mile along the beach to earn a spot on the show. Anyone who didn’t complete the run would be automatically eliminated from the season.

Tracey thought she would be able to finish the run without an issue, but she ended up having a medical emergency during the challenge.
