Katie Cassidy is sharing the true details behind initially getting fired from Arrow.
The 38-year-old actress, who played Laurel Lance in the series, made an appearance on Michael Rosenbaum‘s Inside of You podcast.
During the appearance, she discussed getting the official news back in October of 2015 that she was being let go from The CW series after four seasons.

Director Andy Muschietti is opening up about the film failing at the box office and he’s acknowledging lead actor Ezra Miller‘s “PR crisis” during the promo campaign.
The film was released back in 2023 and earned $271 million at the worldwide box office, a much lower total than most DC Studios films.
Back in 2022, Ezra was arrested in Hawaii after an incident at a karaoke bar. They were also accused of harassing a woman in Germany, allegedly hosted three young children and their mom in Vermont in an “unsafe environment,” and were charged with felony burglary in the state. They were also accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a young person they met at age 12. The harassment order against Ezra was lifted in June 2023.
