William Levy is entering a misdemeanor diversion program.

The news comes following the 44-year-old telenovela actor’s arrest on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing earlier in 2025 in Broward County, Florida, per People.

According to the booking report, William was “highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance,” resulting in him being asked to leave by the manager on duty.

The arresting officer claims the actor was also “given multiple verbal orders to leave the property.” As he failed to do so, William was transported to jail. He was released one day after after paying the $500 bond.

A judge noted that William is expected to complete the program by September 29, according to the court records.

William Levy was greeted by a swarm of reporters while leaving the Broward County Jail on Tuesday evening (April 15) in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The 44-year-old actor was arrested and booked the night before, on two charges – disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance, and trespassing.

While leaving the jail, William acted like he was going to bolt away from reporters, but quickly turned back and addressed those waiting, answering questions, and sharing more of what happened the night before, leading to his arrest.

William Levy has been arrested.

The 44-year-old actor and model, best known for acting in telenovelas and competing on Dancing With the Stars, was arrested on Monday (April 14) in Weston, Fla.

A local Florida outlet reported that he “was booked into the Broward County Main Jail on charges of disorderly intoxication in a public place, causing a disturbance and trespassing.”

The 62-year-old Desperado actor and his girlfriend posed together on the red carpet while arriving at the 2022 Starlite Porcelanosa Gala on Sunday evening (August 14) at La Cantera in Marbella, Spain.

For the event, Antonio looked sharp in a white blazer jacket and black trousers while Nicole sparkled in a navy gown.

Earlier this summer, Antonio joined a frequent collaborator at the premiere of their latest movie.

William Levy and his partner Elizabeth Gutierrez have been the subject of breakup rumors for the past few weeks and now she is speaking out.

Anitta looks so different with her new hair color at the 2021 Billboard Latin Music Awards held at Watsco Center on Thursday night (September 23) in Coral Gables, Fla.

The 28-year-old singer wore a floral Georges Chakra dress on the red carpet ahead of the award ceremony.

Anitta was joined by many other Latin music stars including Rosalia, Karol G, Natti Natasha, Juanes, Karen Martinez, and Prince Royce.

Gaby Espino, Sofia Reyes, William Levy and partner Elizabeth Gutierrez, Chiquis Rivera, Andrea Meza, and Zelina Vega were also seen at the annual musical event.

Prince Royce picked up two awards at the show: Tropical Album of the Year and Tropical Artist of the Year. Karol was also a winner as she picked up the Female Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year.

FYI: Rosalia wore a Valentino dress. Prince Royce wore a purple Berluti suit. Karol wore a Roberto Cavalli dress with Neil Lane jewelry.

Actress Jacqueline Bracamontes hosted the show, which was held live at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla. The event aired simultaneously on Universo and throughout the Americas on Telemundo Internacional.
