First of all good job, I really like the colors and values going on here. All of them work really well together and you’ve successfully captured a nighttime mood that feels alive and inviting with them.

Also good work on the composition, the elements are simple but utilized well, and keep the eye moving with no real dead spots.

The main issue is with the ground. The lines of the pavement are fighting against the perspective you’re trying to create. On top of that, the apparent scale of the concrete slabs is perspectively inconsistent so it makes everything look much smaller. The ones closer to the bottom of the page (closer to the viewer) should be notably wider than the ones furthest from us.

I think a good quick fix for this one piece in particular would be to just completely get rid of the lines. Fill the area with some stains on the floor or a few other miscellaneous details, or even a gradient, to keep the area from feeling too blank if that feels like an issue.

but otherwise for your next pieces and going forward study some one point and two point perspective. Having a solid grasp of even just one point can really help to ground elements in your drawings and keep scale consistent. I’m on mobile, so I can’t link things easily, but resources are plentiful on the internet, and perspective practice is simple, if a bit tedious for some, but the benefits are huge and it’s a must learn/master for growing as an artist.

keep up the good work!

I see what you mean dude. I’ll look into some point perspective materials. Thanks for the criticism!

I do actually really like the art. It's sort of difficult for me to criticize others HOWEVER! I do think it may be definitely helpful to learn perspective with the ground and background, and also to perhaps mix up your shading a lil bit from what I can tell. Great job though!

I like centipedes

I've changed the layout a bit, working around the perspective problem.

And then added more downfall. It is not just raining, it is pouring down.

The poor guy is soaked.
