Response to: Fake games you thought were real Posted December 24th, 2025 in Video Games

Turns out the "gameplay" footage was animated by some fella named Lucas https://youtu.be/wTgZ_FlqpCk I guess as a funny hoax. Ya got me.

Might not be exactly what you were asking about, but there's this Twitter artist called HOSHIBACKYARD that creates cool-looking art for a non-existent game called Lost property Control Organization. It's kinda got a "Survival horror meets Persona" kind of feel.

Response to: Expidition 33 disqualified from Indie GOTY over Ai use. Posted December 22nd, 2025 in Video Games

The fact that it had a publisher or a multi-million dollar budget doesn't really affect the "indie" status.

The fact that Kepler published the game does not mean they own Sandfall; they provide a partnership that accounts for development costs and more creative freedoms. Expedition 33 isn't the first to do this. Studios like Devolver Digital have been publishing indie titles for years.

Determining the status of an indie game based on its budget doesn't really take into account where the money may be coming from, either. For example, Johnathan Blow has said the budget for The Witness, which was funded in part by the sales of Braid, was over $5 million.

Always a shame when someone so talented passes. May he rest in peace.

Response to: fav video game EVER? Posted December 18th, 2025 in Video Games

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Still haven't gotten around to beating TotK atm, but based on what I've played, I'd say I still prefer BotW.

Mainly, I just want people to play my first games when I post them, and have them, like, not be ignored.

Not all success is immediate or guaranteed. Just post the things you'd like to post and hope people take notice.

Response to: Trying to find an old Madness fan animation. Posted November 20th, 2025 in Where is / How to / Help!

This was a real long while ago, I think pre-2011? I've been trying to find this flash animation for a while with no luck.

I can quite clearly remember it was called "Soviet Madness" and was a Soviet parachutist fighting some germans, it wasn't the smoothest animation, and I also remember the artist had another animation "Door Madness". Seems like everything was purged from the internet, and I can't find anything.

Does anyone remember what I mean? Or am I just trippin'?

I found an animation with this name by a user named Dast on the Wayback Machine, where the animation is still viewable.

As for "Door Madness", I also found an animation by the same user called "Madness vs Door".

Are these the animations you were looking for?
