I'm not really familiar with Clock Crew or anything so my opinion probably meets squat, but this is pretty cute! I like it when an art collab gets creative with how it presents the art, and doing it through this fake browser interface is very charming! I also like how there are a lot of secrets to find as well, turning what could be a boring activity of looking at art into a fun scavenger hunt. Nice!
Something I wish would be included in this would be the ability to click on an artist's name to open up their profile: it's just so much more convenient than having to go to the credits and scroll down the list until you find them. Maybe it's not too much of an issue, but in general, one should always try to eliminate as many steps as possible for a user.
Another thing I wanted to point out is an issue with the interface, in that you can click on buttons which are behind the current window, which can lead to all sorts of confusion. For example, you can click on the desktop icon for the gallery while you're still in the main browser: ideally it should mimic a proper windows interface and only allow you to click on whatever is directly visible.
