Why we love FuseBase

I was surprised how much client spaces impacted sales. I'm really happy that I watched their webinar about portals and deal rooms and decided to try FuseBase. I recommend it as a worflow upgrade for 2025

Pros:
It's a great client management tool with an internal workspace. It has a lot of integrations that have helped us organize our Google Ads management. It was a nightmare with all the data and stuff! Deal room's features solved our looping file-sharing and client portals let us create dashboards with all updates and campaigns for our clients. Btw, FuseBase has a pretty good table manager, which I like :)
Cons:
I have no major complaints. However, I would like to see the mobile app. They already have automated notifications about events in the workspace/portals, so I believe the app should be the next great step

A hub for all your internal and external communication needs!

5

Like many agencies, we tried out a bunch of different tools, but we quickly hit a snag... managing multiple platforms for different tasks was a real headache! It made our workflow a mess, and it also shot up our costs. We stumbled upon this tool, and we thought, โ€œWhy not give it a shot for a few months?โ€ Our team was over the moon to have everything in one place. Plus, knowing the company had been around for ages, we felt confident theyโ€™d be a reliable partner. We onboard a B2B client using FuseBase, and they were so impressed that they decided to use it too!

Pros:
FuseBase stands out as a versatile software solution, akin to a Swiss Army knife. It functions as an internal and external knowledge base, a CRM system, a communication hub, and a client portal... all seamlessly integrated. Additionally, it offers features for collecting e-signatures, sharing files, and utilizing AI agents, empowering you to build a truly comprehensive all-in-one platform. Also, there was not much of learning curve as we could adopt the tool quickly... One more thing to mention is that they really care about security and are fully on top of all the necessary certifications.
Cons:
The platform's speed is impressive, though I wouldn't rank it as the best. They've recently announced a migration to a new and improved infrastructure. I'm eager to see how this will enhance performance.

Reasons for choosing Fusebase

The company has been established for many years and offers cost-effective solutions while maintaining strong security compliance.

Reasons for switching to Fusebase

Fusebase is a more robust tool that is evolving to embrace the era of AI!

Usable but useless

I am leaving Nimbus Notes forever! How much work do your notes represent for you? What if you have to move your valuable notes to another system? When I choose a new system or tool the first question I ask myself is: how do I leave it and take my data with me? Will I get stuck and my data taken hostage? The facilities for data migration are much more important than any other features of the system. Nimbus had a feature for export to JSON (beside HTML and PDF, which are hard to use for migration) and they promised to provide a migration API. I have been using Nimbus Notes for a few years trusting the JSON export and suddenly that feature disappeared! "Plans have changed a bit", they told me - also about the API. After that there is no trust left. Don't go there!

Pros:
Ability to import graphics Better synchronizing than EverNote's
Cons:
They are removing features for export of data Bad overview of notes

Reasons for switching to Fusebase

SimpleNotes has less features than Nimbus, but the JSON export feature is fine. When migration features are REMOVED from a system, something is rotten and you have to get away as soon as possible.

Vendor Response

Hi, Torben Larsen! It's sad for us to hear that your Nimbus experience wasn't as great as we want it to be. As I understand, the main problem for you was the note exporting. However, I'd like to highlight that we don't take hostage of your data, there are HTML and PDF exporting options. HTML is a standard format that is used on many similar services, so you won't have trouble with exporting your notes from Nimbus. We are currently working on the new tech stack, that's why all other features (API included) is postponed. But they will be realized in the future.

Pros:
Very good ticketing system to connect multiple marketplaces for multiple CS employees. Great to see when someone is even viewing a ticket avoiding multiple employees taking the same tickets, gives an AI summer of past conversations, has rules to sort out certain issues or even filter the nature of the message, performance metrics are easy to understand, there is a lot of good features around it. Support is very responsive if any issue.
Cons:
Can't really think of one, any issue and the support responded and fixed any issue promptly.

Reasons for switching to Fusebase

Replyco had too many issues, not a great support and an overall interface that wasn't intuitive.

Great feature-packed note taking app!

I use Nimbus Note on daily basis and it is very convenient and probably the best place to store all my notes and documents.

Pros:
It is a great place to store all your notes. I really appreciate the option of sharing the notes with my team. They are able to create new notes and edit existing ones. The software is easy to use and there is a lot of ways in which you can customize your notes (especially the easy to use dropdown menu).
Cons:
Sometimes it can get a bit tricky to edit the text to your liking, since some options are quite hidden, for instance in order to undo an action you need to open up another menu, which can get annoying at times.

Reasons for choosing Fusebase

Yes, the previous product I've used for collaboration was Notejoy, but I found it too clunky and confusing, I don't have such problems with Nimbus Note. On the other hand Nifty offers just basic note taking possibility, while my current Evernote subscription simply lacks collaboration features and multi-level folders.

The Leader in Enterprise Note Management

I'm a lawyer and have been searching for a program of which I can make and store case notes together with legal research. I can write comprehensive documents and insert references and media into the note as blocks. The entire system is whitelabelled and accessible as my custom URL in the event I want to provide clients with access to their file. Nimbus Notes provides the functionality of a complete case management tool and I'm honestly astounded at how well it has been executed.

Pros:
Simple and easy to setup with comprehensive functionality and excellent user interface. I have been searching for a solution like Nimbus Notes for a long time and have tried all of the major offerings. I consider Nimbus to have all of the functionalilty of Evernotes with the ease of use and understated look of Notion.
Cons:
There is really nothing I do not like about Nimbus, it literally has everything I could want.

Reasons for switching to Fusebase

Nimbus has all the functionality of the major players at a fraction of the cost. I also prefer the simple user interface that Nimbus offers in addition to the web clipper (Nimbus Clipper) and media capture tool (Nimbus Clarity).

Overall I'm really impressed with Nimbus notes, you can really see how much hard work and thought has gone into the product. I know they are taking on more and more feedback, so although there are a few things that are missing for me in how i would want to share my workspace, I'm confident that these guys are the right team to take on good feedback and keep innovating and evolving their product.

Pros:
The features I appreciate most are: *Ability to brand your own evernote type system (including domain name and logo) * Create personal accounts for people * Create shared workspaces * Easily embed external video into notes * Public pages
Cons:
What could do with improvement or adding is: * Custom note templates * Cloning workspaces * Better shared use of Workspaces to users can't change your notes (Read only with more options) * Onboarding process for new users into personal & shared needs to be a bit more intuitive

Reasons for choosing Fusebase

Because Nimbus offers the brandability that I was after as well as the ability to create user accounts for all my clients.

Reasons for switching to Fusebase

I haven't switched completely yet as I have my own templates in Evernote, but once I can create my own note templates I'll be doing that more.

Thanks for the detailed feedback, Daniel! We will keep you suggestions in mind, thanks for staying with us.

Pros:
We mainly use FuseBase as a knowledge base builder, but we've recently found that it's also great for automating the recruiting and onboarding process for new projects. In a special dashboard you can automate internal processes within FuseBase and integrate them with other services, for example we use pre-built email notifications to trigger targeted data collection. I also like the way we can create portals with real-time chat for each project, which makes it easier for us to manage our outsourcing teams
Cons:
Even when we were learning it, we had no issues with it.
