If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a withdrawal on 22nd November 2025 and my account has now been completely closed. I have spoken to complaints and customer services to keep being told it can take up to 30 days for a refund. It has now been 3 weeks so far. This used to be my favourite casino and used it regularly. I'm so shocked and sad they have done this to me.

After letting me deposit thousands of euros they wont withdraw after I won once. They keep saying I deposited via third party and needed documents of it. After sending EVERYTHING they asked for they still wont withdraw the money and keep my account closed. But depositing money was never an issue. They are not even looking for a way to fix it because they are scammers and thiefs. Good luck betting on this site because you wont ever get your money if you win. Worst site ever gambled on

I’m writing this review in the hope that Instant Casino will finally respond and resolve my case.
On 16 November, I contacted support from my verified account email about a withdrawal of €1,500.
They only replied once and asked me for a bank statement for the account I want the payout sent to. I provided the document immediately.
They replied that same day saying:
“As soon as possible your balance will be refunded to your provided bank account.”
This was now 8 days ago.
Since then:
I have sent multiple emails from the same verified account email
I have received two replys with demands and since then
My account is locked
My funds are still not paid out
When I contact them with another email, they reply immediately — but tell me to write from my original email (which they don’t answer)
I have provided everything they requested, and they confirmed the payout — but it has been 8 days without any update, access, or communication.
I would still prefer to resolve this peacefully and continue using the website, but I simply need:
Either my account reopened and the old withdrawal method removed (the bank account no longer exists),
or
The €1,500 payout that was confirmed on 16 November.
I will update this review immediately if the issue is resolved.
I Have all the E-Mails still, and really hope to resolve this peacefully as before there was no problem w payouts

I am very disappointed with my experience at Instant Casino.
After the casino stopped operating in my jurisdiction, my account was closed and I was told that my remaining balance would be refunded once I completed a verification process.
I fully cooperated and submitted every document they asked for — including several new selfies with my ID after they repeatedly rejected them. Eventually, they told me that my refund request was “being processed.”
However, for more than two weeks, I have received nothing but copy-paste responses like “no update yet” and “please wait a little longer.” They refuse to give any timeframe or concrete information. When I asked for a clear update and gave them 48 hours to reply, they simply stopped answering altogether.
At this point, it feels like they are intentionally delaying my refund without any justification. I have provided everything required and received no meaningful communication in return.
I am now escalating the issue through complaint services and regulatory channels.
I sincerely hope Instant Casino resolves this situation, but based on my current experience, I cannot recommend them.

Instant casino lol. Started using this casino a while ago with no problems. Until I placed a bet which they had provided the wrong stats and based their bets off these stats. The bet went on to lose and they wouldn't refund even tho they had incorrect stats and bets. I went back and forth with customer services who were terrible and incompetent. Then I emailed complaints who never got back so 3 weeks later I messaged again with all evidence needed but they blocked me and just ignored my issue. This could be a good casino but customer care is shocking especially when you are loyal to this place and class yourself a top tier user. DONT USE THIS SITE

Customer service play god with your money they cancel all your bonuses and pay you when they decide to. If they do at all. They make it ultra difficult to communicate with and start their crap when a payout is due. Avoid them at all costs. Scumbags.

Its a scam casino. They don't payout instant. I asked for a withdrawal and its stays for more then 2 days on 'initiated'. Deposits are instant and if you ask in the live chat what the status is, they say they have a 'high volume' of withdrawals and you are in an automated queue. SO ITS NOT INSTANT AND if you continue playing you can clearly see that your RTP is almost nothing. On bonus buys from 5 to 700 euro you get 4 euro back.

There’s no problem with depositing money….but when you withdraw then the problems start! They keep sending emails with third party issues etc. Keep in mind they’re asking you to provide info and documents that aren’t related to the withdraw. And therefore are violating your rights by holding back payments.
I already filed a complaint and urged them to proceed with the withdrawal but they keep sending the same email. They’re trying to stall so people will give up over time and not receiving any withdrawal.
In my experience my advice is: don’t play on instant casino!

This casino seized my funds after claiming I was using automated tools in gameplay which I never did. I have tried to get my money back by emailing their complaints email but they have refused. I filed a complaint with Gaming Control Anjouan, AskGamblers, and CasinoGuru. I will also have no choice but to follow up with their live chat service ZenDesk, their domain register, Google, and also their hosting provider to let them know about this business' practices if they are unwilling to provide the remaining funds left on the account.
