Teaching
Throughout my life, I have been fortunate enough to have had many teachers and mentors who were patient, kind, nurturing, and passionate about their fields.
My role as a teacher is to impart this knowledge and experience to my own students. I have been teaching for over 19 years, with students of all levels and ages. From private to public settings, I enjoy lecturing or coaching individuals, groups, and classes. These opportunities allow me to share my energy and enthusiasm for the field I love most. There is always something more to learn and discover.
I am also a member of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers’ Association (ORMTA) and Canadian Federation of Music Teachers' Associations (CFMTA).

Weekly lessons are available for piano, theory, music history, ear training, solfège, and dictation; as well as preparation for RCM Examinations (practical and theory), competitions, auditions, and juries.
Coachings:
Coaching sessions are designed like mini piano lessons to help you with one specific or a few technical challenges or problems. These short sessions can include teaching you relevant practice techniques, helping you analyze a piece, providing methods to improve these issues, or optimizing practice sessions.
Coachings take place via Zoom in 20-, 40-, or 55-minute sessions. They can be booked here.
Ear Training or Sight Reading Sessions:
Whether you are preparing for an examination or looking to improve your skills, these sessions can provide you with ear training and/or sight reading techniques, sight reading material sources, or they can even be personalized quiz sessions. (For more Ear Training and Sight Reading videos: Classical Squeak (YouTube))
These sessions take place via Zoom in 30- or 45-minute sessions. They can be booked here.
Solfège/Dictation Sessions:
For those who would like to improve on their solfège (sight singing) and/or dictation skills, whether you are preparing for auditions, entrance examinations, already in a first or second year undergraduate course, or a complete beginner.
These sessions take place via Zoom in 30- or 45-minute sessions. They can be booked here.
Mock Examinations:
Mock examinations simulate a Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) exam. You will be provided with written feedback, but an official mark is not given. At the end of the session, verbal feedback is given along with suggestions on how to further prepare for the upcoming examination.
These sessions take place via Zoom. They can be booked here by level.
