As others have said, the upgrade screen doesn't actually move as it's supposed to, but also,  the upgrades don't even tell you what it is they do. Not exactly playable in its current state.

The event where you pay off the police only seems to work if you have the game fullscreen; otherwise, you can't interact with the door at all. So anyone getting stuck at day 3, that may be why.
