Black, Orange, Purple and SCARY!

For this weeks challenge at Stamptacular Sunday we're asking you to create something Black, Orange, Purple and SCARY!
You will have from now until midnight (EST) October 29th, 2011 to complete this challenge and post a DIRECT LINK to your submission into our InLinkz in order to be entered into the drawing for this week's fabulous prize donated by:
PRIZE: Winner’s Choice of 7 Digis!
AND
PRIZE: $10 Gift Certificate
This week I tried a pop-up card, I have to say it was fun to create.
I colored Bat House by Limited Runs with my Copics and added some sparkles to the edges of the cupcake and the bat's eyelids and of course, glossy accents to the little ghosty. I used a purple ribbon and added a Boo charm from the Charm Barn as my sentiment.
Now for the inside ... the spiders are actually glow in the dark and I pierced the butt to push a needle and thread through so I could suspend the spiders to the top of the pop up. Now it's your turn! Make sure you head over to see the very creative projects from the Stamptacular Design Team then get to work on your creations!
Challenges:
Gingerloft Challenge "Halloween or Fall"
Sentimental Sundays "Halloween"
The Crafty Pad "Halloween"
Digi Doodle Shop "Green & Purple"

Special Delivery

This "Special Delivery" image is from Digi Doodle Shop, and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.
I love it for it's simplicity so I decided it needed a simple but effective background. I chose my fave color PINK and dressed it up with grey and black. I added glossy accents to the cupcake and colored the candle flame with my spica glitter pen. I couldn't find any chipboard numbers in my stash collection so I took some Tim Holtz grunge paper and cut out the number 4. I colored it with my cat eye stamp pad and added some glitter.
I apologize for the poor camera quality - we are fighting at the moment and I think the camera is winning.
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
Craft Your Passions "Anything Goes"
Scrap-Creations "Buttons or Bows"
Party Time Tuesday "It's all about Birthdays"
Stamp Insanity "Fave Color"
Birthday Sundaes "Cakes & Cupcakes"
Pixie Dust Challenge "Fave Color"

Sweetie

Have you ever had an idea in your head, you go as far as drawing it out but when you go to make it, it just doesn't look right?!?! Well, I spent all day on a completely different design, tried it this way and that until I gave up and pumped this one out in 20 minutes. Talk about pulling my hair out, aaahhhahahah! That's it, I have to keep it simple :)
This is my entry for Squigglefly "Making the Rounds". I cut the icing out, sparkled it, blinged it up then stuck it down w/foamies for some extra dimension.
