Write your wishes in the sand...

Hey, hey!

This past weekend we had the Tidewater Tails digi release at Sweet November Stamps and after I put up a poll in the Friends of Sweet November Stamps Facebook group we ended up coloring Lunaria during my Live at Adventures in Coloring with Amy. At the top of the Live I had my fellow crafters vote on whether we create an above or below the waves scene and above won the day by a single vote. I had a mask prepared for Lunaria which I placed over her before stamping the cliffs and castle from the Seaside Cliffs Background Builder set. I then felt like she needed a little friend so I grabbed this funny seagull from the Dock on the Bay set. With the scene in place it was time to color and it was suggested that I give Lunaria a koi style tail patterning. Because we had also given her red hair I stuck with the traditional koi colors of orange and black and I think she turned out super cute and quite eye catching lying on that beach. It was certainly another fun coloring session and a great start to MerMay.  :)

Have a good one!

May the 4th be with you...

Good morning and May the 4th be with you!

We couldn't resist adding a new digi to the Sweet November Stamps store on this day that celebrates all things Star Wars. Of course we once again had to do a MerMay mash-up like our previous release of May the 4th Leia and her Jelly Droid. This time around the Porgs from The Last Jedi were the inspiration bridging the Star Wars universe to our celebration of all things mermaid. This cute little aquatic critter is joined by a mermaid version of Rey and it looks like she is teaching him to swim. MerMay the 4th: Rey is now available for all our Star Wars fans out there.

Laters!

My love for you runs deep...

Hello there!

The MerMay fun continues at Sweet November Stamps with the first of four new stand alone digis that we are adding to the store every Sunday. These digis will coincide with that week's MerMay progression challenge. After we released the Mermazing Mom digi last year we got loads of requests for a boy mom version and now here she is! The Mermazing Boy Mom digi is now available in the store and she is feeling the love from her two rambunctious little merboys. I've paired this happy gathering with the Kelp Bed Background Builder to create the perfect hideaway for this happy family.

Have a great rest of the weekend!

Tidewater Tails digi release at Sweet November!

Hello friends!

We are jumping into MerMay at Sweet November Stamps with the new Tidewater Tails digi release. This school of five pretty mermaids are bringing fantasy and enchantment both above and below the waves. Pacifica, Luchia, Flavia, Lunaria and Ondina can't wait to swim into a scene or two during this magical month.

On my first card, pretty Pacifica has come up to the surface to take in the colorful sunset with her seagull pal. The island in the background is from the Yo Ho Ho Background Builder set while the sentiment is from the Lovely Mermees set.

Next, Flavia is dancing through the currents her hair and tail flowing and rippling all around her. She is joined by a happy little fish from the Salty but Sweet set and the background is a sneak peek of one of the card fronts that will be part of the new paper pack available at the end of month. The sentiment is from the Pod Squad set.

The lovely Luchia is sparkling like a jewel as the sun shines down on her. The waterfall behind her is from the Horizon Lines: Waterfall set while the sentiment is from the Salty but Sweet set.

Lunaria is a happy and carefree little mermaid basking in the sunshine on this sandy beach. She is joined by the cute little crab from the
Salty but Sweet set while the beach background is from the Seaside Cliffs Background Builder set. The sentiment is from the Lovely Mermees set.

Finally, Ondina has been going with the flow following a school of fish through the colorful coral reefs. The sentiment is from the Shimmer and Shine set.

Now be sure to check out the Friends of Sweet November Stamps group on Facebook for even more Tidewater Tails cuteness from the rest of our talented design team. Also, don't forget, I will be coloring Live today at 11am PDT over on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page and I hope to see ya there!

Go with the flow...

Good morning!

The April Sweet November Stamps newsletter was emailed out Saturday night and the subscriber free digi is getting us ready for all the MerMay fun that is about to begin. I sneak peeked Nerissa during my Saturday Live on the Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page. Before we even got to the coloring I asked what type of scene we should put her in. Under the sea won the vote so I masked off Nerissa and stamped the Under the Sea Background Builder along with the tiny octopus from the Go with the Flow set. Once we had our story it was time to add all sorts of fun colors to the scene. Oh, and in case you missed it... there is a big pre-MerMay sale going on through April 30th, all mermaid clear stamps are 45% OFF and all mermaid digi stamps are 60% OFF. All of that to help you not miss out on the fun next month. ;)

Have a great week!
