Hey, hey!    

My yard is currently full of golden dandelions and even though they haven't gone to seed yet, they still inspired me to ink up this classic Wishing mouse from Purple Onion Designs. She is so sweet in her little dress and stockings as she makes a wish on that big dandelion. I know that dandelions are considered weeds but whenever I see them I think of a description I read once that said the humble dandelion represents the very heavens above. First as the golden sun, then transforming into a silvery moon before finally blowing away to fill the sky like stars. Isn't that magical? Thus why dandelions get to live wild and free in my yard. ;)

Good morning!    

It's officially release day at Purple Onion Designs where you can find the new Bunnies and Blooms collection available for purchase. For my card today I've inked up the sweet Lamby and Ducky Welcome Spring which works just as well for baby cards as it does Spring and Easter cards. I stuck with an Easter theme for this one by adding the sentiment and a colorful Easter egg enamel sticker to the scene. They look so cute surrounded by all of the colorful tulips on this beautiful Spring day. :)

I've got another card using stamps from the new Bunnies and Blooms collection that is up for pre-order at Purple Onion Designs to share today. This adorable image is Bunny and Besties where the bunny is bringing all of his chick friends along on a beautiful Spring walk. To help create the background I stamped the older Tree Line Horizon which gives the appearance of a sloping hillside that leads down to the path that these cuties are on. The large sentiment is from the Happy Hello Sentiment set and I stamped it on blue to coordinate with the bright blue sky that I colored in. There is still time to pre-order this release and all of the new stamps are due to start shipping on March, 16th.  :)

The new Bunnies and Blooms collection is now up for pre-order at Purple Onion Designs. There are four new Chilliezgraphy by Pei images and two new sentiments to choose from or you can grab the bundle deal, all of which are due to start shipping on March, 16th.

Today, I've colored up the adorable Eggstravaganza stamp, where a group of Easter friends have come together to decorate a giant Easter egg. It doesn't look like they came to a consensus on what color to paint it but that will only make the end result that much more dazzling. The Happy Easter sentiment is also part of the new release and I cut it apart to unstack the words to better fit the space at the bottom of the card.
